Makarov PB

A silent version of the Makarov PM with equal statistics. It is silenced, but rarely kills on a single shot to the torso and a wounded enemy may alert nearby reinforcements. It is best used for headshots, but if you can kill all surrounding sentries before they can fire off a shot the chances of a vehicle patrol being alerted are slim.
